Attending and Accommodation
Guests should arrive for 7.00pm to 7.30pm for a Champagne reception, prior to the dinner commencing at 8.00pm. This is a great opportunity to mingle, catch up with old colleagues and start to make new friends. Prior to the evening, you will be sent an electronic ticket, to gain entry on the night.
Dinner will be served at 8.00pm with guests sitting down to enjoy a 3 course meal, followed by coffee and mints, during which we will be entertained by a top comedian, who will be announced shortly. Tables are arranged for seatings of 10, with Champagne tables being closest to the stage. Please advise us as soon as possible of any vegetarian preferences or dietary requirements.
The awards ceremony will be hosted by Stuart Leigh and the evenings compare, with full still and video photography on site to capture all the action on the evening, and for use by participating companies in future PR opportunities.
After the awards ceremony, there will be a DJ and dance floor on hand to help celebrate success and of course a bar to keep the party in full swing.

Please note this is a black tie event, ladies should wear cocktail or evening dress.
